Heads up, EasySip fam! Once you've placed your order and it's on its way to your party central, we can't accept returns. But fear not, if your goodies arrive damaged during transit, we've got your back!

Damaged Goods? No Worries!

If your items arrive damaged, let our awesome customer support team know within 3 days of receiving your order, and we'll arrange a replacement ASAP. Shoot us an email at contact@easysip.co.in or give us a call, and we’ll sort it out for you. Remember, the quicker you contact us, the quicker we can get the easy replacements flowing!

Important Note: We can only process replacements and refunds if you reach out within 3 days of receiving the order. After that, we won’t be able to help, so be sure to check your order thoroughly upon arrival.

Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days.
