Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns

We have a 3-day return policy, meaning you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@easysip.co.in. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package back. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please Note: Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns or refunds. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will promptly assess the issue and work towards a resolution. Damaged goods will only be replaced if reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Exchanges (If applicable)

We only offer replacements for items if they are defective or damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. Cancellations

Changed your mind about your order? No worries! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at contact@easysip.co.in or just WhatsApp us at +91 8819866777. We’ll process your refund promptly and return it to your original payment method.
